Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video proof.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all certificates.
Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and product received, refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only for the same or higher value product, subject to availability.

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help.
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
After Shipment
- No cancellations are possible after the tracking number has been generated.
- In case of duplicate payment or incorrect order, contact us immediately for resolution.
Refund on Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
