Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video proof.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all certificates.

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and product received, refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only for the same or higher value product, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help.

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

After Shipment

  • No cancellations are possible after the tracking number has been generated.
  • In case of duplicate payment or incorrect order, contact us immediately for resolution.

Refund on Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
